Compliance and Code of Conduct
The Forward investment club is committed to upholding high ethical and legal standards in all activities. The following principles guide our actions:

Legal and Ethical Standards:
We adhere strictly to all applicable laws and ethical guidelines. Anyone violating these standards may be permanently expelled from the community at the discretion of the Board.
2.
Non-Profit Status:
Established as a non-profit organization, our club focuses solely on advancing members' financial knowledge and career prospects. We do not engage in profit-making activities, impose commercial actions on members, or allow members to use the club for personal profit.
3.
Compliance with Financial Regulations:
We strictly adhere to regulations set by the Japanese Financial Services Agency (FSA) and the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act (FIEA). Our club does not provide any investment recommendations; we focus solely on sharing information. Additionally, we do not promote or encourage the opening of financial accounts.

Respect and Integrity:
Trust is essential when dealing with financial topics, making mutual respect and integrity central to our community. As we handle sensitive matters like investments, professionalism and open-mindedness are key. Members are expected to respect differing opinions and maintain ethical conduct. Collaboration and shared growth are at the heart of our club’s culture.

Our Community is not a place for selfish information gathering. Our focus is on mutual learning, sharing knowledge, and giving back to future generations. Members are encouraged to act with curiosity and take initiative, rather than adopting a passive attitude. By contributing actively, we create a culture of growth and collaboration.

Disciplinary Actions:
Violations of these principles may result in warnings or expulsion. Such decisions are made by the Board members, who are responsible for maintaining the integrity and smooth operation of our community.
